1. Is Delivery Free?
Delivery is free for all orders over £25. Any order £25 comes with a small charge of £4.99 to cover our packaging/delivery costs.
2. What are your opening hours?
Our friendly staff are here to take your call during the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
3. Do you offer a Price Promise?
Even better than that! :-) Find it cheaper or just change your mind, you can return your order for a full refund within 7 days
4. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website and pay via any major debit/credit card or Paypal (You don't require a Paypal account to make payment with one of your credit/debit cards via Paypal)
You can also speak to one of our friendly sales staff by ringing 0800 009 6767 who can take your details and payment.
Hopefully it will be a very simple process :-)
